Catching Up Again

How easy it is to get out of the habit of writing. But it's been a slow month here at Maison Cou Rouge, as January often is.

I went on a field trip with Boy

and the most of Brentwood Juniors and Seniors to the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in Macon

and the High Museum in Atlanta to see the Impressionists and the Ancient Works of the Louvre Exhibits.

Girl had a birthday--14!!

She had a giggle fit while contemplating blowing out so many candles.

We drove the kids and two of Boy's friends to a rock concert in Atlanta. Several hours of hearing loss were survived. We got to see the snow fall in Atlanta, but had no trouble driving home.

I worked on some knitting....

And the kids played nicely together....in this case, Rock Band.

All in all, a good beginning to 2008!
