Norway
So much is filling my heart at this moment. Norway, that breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful country, has become a terrorist target.
I'm desperately trying to be true to the Buddhist teachings to forgo anger and hostile feelings, and to focus instead on positive and compassionate thoughts. But it is so difficult.
